Willkommen, Bienvenue, Welcome, C'mon in. Food and Travel have been my life since my late teens. From my first trip abroad, at the age of 17, where I had to learn to cook because I couldn't read foreign menus, to my current job as a chef on a private jet. I have visited 70 countries and experienced countless numbers of cultural culinary traditions. With this site I want to share recipes from around the world and the technique to best accomplish them. I aim to make these recipes possible to execute for both seasoned cooks and first timers alike. I want to share my favorite restaurants and food shops from around the world and show the best ways to bring these wonderful experiences to your next dinner party.
